NICK VALLENCE
Nick is entering his third season in the role and is firing on all cylinders. His ability to connect with the kids and parents alike is one of his greatest strengths. Deep rooted in the Montrose Community with his own children playing Cricket, Football, Basketball and attending Montrose Primary School. Nick is the ideal person to guide our junior program.

Introducing our NEW Junior Director of Coaching & Development BEN CLILVERD
Ben Clilverd will be our Junior Professional Coach for Season 2024/25. His role will be to manage the junior program, assisting the team coaches with skills and training management. Ben, also on scheduled training nights work with kids in small groups, separate from team training, working on particular skills assisting the team coaches in helping our kids develop.
Ben hails from Cambridge, England and is returning to Australia to take on a major role within our club at both Junior & Senior level.

OSCAR McCALLUM
Oscar, entering his second season as a junior team coach. Oscar is a current 1st XI senior player at Montrose, he loves helping the kids coming through the juniors and continuing on our rich history of transitioning the juniors through to the senior list. He is passionate about the development of the Montrose Junior program and is excited what season 2024/25 can bring.
MITCH O’NEIL
Mitch, entering his second season as a junior team coach along with Oscar. Mitch also is a current senior player at Montrose. Mitch has a soft and quiet manner but his passion for the kids is immense. Mitch has come through our junior program and played in the 1st XI last season, so has a great respect and understanding of the importance of developing the kids.
